Good workout. 2X3000. The goal was to just go 9:20. And I was feelin good. Ran the first one right on pace and then went a little quicker on the second. Felt under control the whole time. Although my shins hurt pretty bad. I went to the training room after, and I just have to ice and stretch it and roll it out a lot and it's gonna be okay.
