Warm up 3 miles, tempoed 4, cool down 3. It was TOUGH. The wind and rain were brutal. Slowed me down big time. I felt like I was going pretty fast, but it wasn't all that quick. I went 5:43, 5:40, 5:34, 5:04. The 5:04 felt like a 4:40. It was hard. But it was a good effort. Glad I did it.
