Normal distance day with the team. Ran at Hi C. The last 20 minutes or so was just with Marco and Scott, which will probably be a lot of next week. Next few days will be on my own, since the team is going to be in Wisco. Hopefully I can get some sort of hard effort in on Friday. Piane doesn't have anything really set up for us. A hard tempo run would be good.
