Notes

Went to watch Nate's football game and ran the Olentangy River Trail. It's a cool place, but super crowded. So many runners and bikers. But you can literally see onto the football field from the trail, so obviously I did my entire run on the trail. I didn't feel so great at the beginning. It's weird. The past couple days I've been feeling like my hip was going to bother me when I'm getting to run and warming up, but as soon as I start running it feels fine. And that's what happened today. But even though that wasn't hurting my body just overall didn't feel great at the beginning, but a couple miles in I started to feel good. I was slowly speeding up pretty much the whole run until mile last mile was like 6:30, so not super fast, but good. #iwishistillhadrollerblades
