hard time keeping sweat out of my eyes and my glasses on my face. brought a thermos for after. lotsa people looking at my weird shoes today w/o the protection of k kohei off to southeast asia--thailand, vietnam, changmai. waves ok. someone burning plastics and creating bad air but managed to sit and watch surfers for awhile anyway. kinda distracted. cormorant airing out his wings on the blue pipe, heron hiding in the weeds at the fountain, three others flying together diagonal to the river.
