Felt pretty good today, I think this stomach flu has finally 'run it's course', so to speak. The shin is still slightly inflamed and tender. I don't feel like I can afford any more time off before the race, but I suppose if it gets worse, I'll be forced to. Maybe if I cut my schedule down to a tempo and a 10 mile long per week that will keep me in cardiovascular shape, while easing the mileage on the shin. Not sure what to do.
