My intent on this run was to run the downhill leg at my min. 'easy' heart rate zone and the uphill leg at my max. 'easy' heart rate zone. Instead, I ran the uphill leg at my min. 'moderate' heart rate zone (due to my own confusion). So even though my average heart rate says this should be classified as an 'easy' run, it was actually 50% 'moderate'. I'm calling it 'easy', because that's how it felt.

The shin splint seems to be gone.

Finished the run at 5:51 PM, the Sun had just set over the Oquirrh Mountains and it was still light! Woo Hoo! Goodbye winter darkness. :)
