I ran this route a little differently today, did the first 4.38 miles at an easy pace, but I changed out my BPM playlist and upped it to 155-160 BPM. This made it a little harder to keep my HR down, I really had to shorten my stride.When I hit the 4.38 mi. mark, I felt like stretching the legs, so I dropped the hammer, felt damn good too.
