I've decided tonight that I rather enjoy intervals, not while I'm running them, of course, but I sure do feel good afterwards.
There was a long distance trainer working with a couple of athletes at the track, he gave me a couple of pointers to help with my running efficiency. I guess I run with my weight forward over my knees, he said to try to keep my upper body perpendicular to the ground, and that would take a lot of stress off of my knees, decreasing the likelyhood of injury.
