Comment: "Didnt run good today. Needed to pick up the pace on the 3rd and 4th laps of the mile. For my half, i went out good and just died. My arms have been getting heavy on the final laps, so i should drop them if I start to cramp up and i need to be sure to keep my breathing under control."
