Comment: "Felt good, legs are very sore. Not sore, they were very heavy. Nice workout though, and after that last 300 I hit the wall on the final 100. For the workout we did 1k, 400 jog, then a 500 with the first 300 at mile race pace then speed up for 50 meters and the last 150 meters all out. Did 3 of them with a 300 in between. Going to go easy tomorrow and on sunday in order to let my legs recover enough to run great on MONDAY!!!"
