Interval Comment: "Did 25 sit ups, and then about 10 crunches, but had to stop because my stomach was feeling bad."

Comment: "It was a hot day to start running again, but it was fun. I am going to start running easy these first 2 weeks, and then when school lets out I will jump headfirst into the season. Knees were a little sore, but otherwise I felt great. Did situps after, felt sore in stomach though."
