Weather: "Sunny, Partly Cloudly"

Comment: "Felt very good, ran 5 minutes, then jogged for 1 min, then ran 5 minutes and did that 4 times. After that took about 5 minute break and ran 3x300 at a pretty good pace. Then ran a 100 and felt good. Not too bad of a workout, but still tought."
