I started off feeling decent after a rest day but my bowels soon attacked. I tried holding them off but really was not in the mood to deal with the discomfort and I figured the sooner I let it out the less it would affect the benefits of the run. So, at about 2 miles I quickly alleviated my intestines and kept going. I felt great after that and for the duration of the run. I should note that about a mile from the end negativity began to creep into my head causing my form to break down somewhat.
