I had a great workout today on the track. I felt strong and smooth, except coach told me to relax my shoulders once, but I tried to focus on my form. I broke wind for most of it. My splits were: 5:16, 5:15, 5:14, 5:14, 5:13, and 1:46 to finish the 28 minutes.
