was pretty excited to be back in Franklin Park with the usual suspects, even though the early effort felt pretty controlled i overcooked the first mile. after that i just tried to keep cadence and a steady effort and i was pretty much able to. after the field shook out, the only runner to pass me was my teammate matt story as we came down from bearcage heading to the finish. unbelievably nice day for boston in november. so much fun.
