I am having some pain in my left foot today. The pain seems to be located in the metatarsal area...probably the 2nd or 3rd metatarsal. The pain also seems to come and go throughout the day. For example, sometimes when I get up from the couch I have to limp into the kitchen, however other times the pain is nonexistent.
