Hard indoor bike today. Did the usual 105rpm at baseline, but the killer today was throwing in 30 seconds of one-legged pedaling every 5 minutes, each leg. Wow, those are hard - every time I did them, my HR went up to 170+, and then didn't drop under 145 in between sprints. These were probably also hard because I ran / biked fairly fast yesterday as well. Regardless, it was a solid bike workout - and rocked me for my following run!
