8 miles outside around lake arlington. Snowing and snow covered path. Taking it easy and ran a 7:25 pace (not bad for traction and weather conditions).
Then 5.5 miles inside on TM consisting of:
4 x (3 minutes at 15K pace + 2 minutes at 10K pace + 1 minute at 5K pace) w/ 2 minute recovery jog between.
Felt strong, especially during the TM portion of the workout.
