goal was all pieces at Tempo pace with short recovery.

Worked with Amy, giving her 0:30-200m head start and playing catch up while trying not to exceed 6:00/1600m pace. Ran last one myself picking up pace last 800m.

Hip flexor hurting but still didn't effect running on it.
