very humid night. Showers just previous brought down temps but not humidity.
Workout was 5-6 x 1200, 5m pace, 200m jog recovery. Ran with Mike F, Dave V, Patrick. Left glute held up well. Goal was 4:20ish on these- not factoring the humidity. Was close enough to goal to be happy with workout. First 5 were 4:15-4:22. Ran the sixth one intentionally slower at HM pace to get some more LT work in.
