Notes

last GDTC track workout of the year. Went to try to keep in touch with my aerobic fitness despite lingering hip problems. Ran with Dave Veale. Goal was 6:00/mile pace. After 1600m, decided to do a negative split and close up on Mike Fraysse so we dropped the pace but I don't think we closed on Mike.

Pizza and beer afterwards.
