everything has just felt meh. The tempo was average. the 600s were decent but positive and falling off the group. The pain in my right foot is meh. I think that pain is tugging on my IT band and that feels meh. my turnover is whatever.

I need my legs and brain to function on the same wave length. soon. or now.
