speed ladder with some fat rest. something around 2 min. made sure to come back down the later faster, which i did well. the last 400 i went with the pack and didnt think twice when the pack started sprinting.... probably didnt need that turn over but it felt good. felt kinda meh going in to it. felt much better coming out. left hamstring a little tight.

gorgeous warm up running through the snow dusted newberry hill park. something out of movie.
