Notes

Weight out of control. Need to watch diet. Officially going to start training program for PF Chang's tomorrow. Running won't change too much (other than adding to distance more regularly), but really going to have to watch diet going forward. Want to be below 180 for the half.

Run went well...Managed to run the whole time....At one point was running about an 8:45 mile, but didn't feel like it. Probably need to run a little slower on the LSD runs...Maybe 9:30?
