Sun high in sky...Really hot...Managed to run until 5.3 miles before I walked... Walked a couple of minutes then finished out the run.
A little pain on inside of right knee, but nothing too bad.
Around neighborhood, then down Hawes to QC Wash. Through Wash to Sossaman.
