Notes
1st run since Gavin was born...It was a little windy...Temp was down...Probably in the 60's. Ran around sunset. Ran in QC Wash for a portion of run.
Run went okay, though I could tell at the beginning that I just didn't have "it". Felt better towards end of run. Picked up pace a bit around 2 mile mark for about a tenth of a mile...Just trying to shake the cobwebs out.
Will try to run again tomorrow. PF Chang's is in about 2 1/2 months...Gotta get it together.
