Went slightly larger (8.5 instead of 8) since i've been having some pre-blister problems on inside right foot where the bunion is. only since started running roads a lot again this fall and winter. first run in them, 8 miles on track with 5 mile repeats, left toe on the bottom seemed to chafe up. ran 18 ashokan two days later with moleskin on toe and bunion area and double socks and all was great. |
