Wow. One of the most amazing runs I can ever remember. Just got onto autopilot and cruised. Felt sooo good.
Lower right abs are healing, slowly but surely, as is the lower right groin. No longer worried.
Slight pain in left foot plantar fascia, started about 8 miles. Refocused onto forefoot strike and the pain dissipated. Not bad, but I did feel it a bit later, no more than a 1.
