WIND TRAINER

Notes

Recumbent bike at Days Inn Inner Harbor, Baltimore. Good spin followed by 1.5 miles walk/jog on treadmill. Not the toughest workout I did on vacation, but ok. The treadmill seemed to awaken my legs to that fantastic "light" and "free" feeling I was having before the achilles injury. Stuck with me the entire rest of the day. Met Jen Tatlock from Johsnstown, NY--running on treadmill next to me.
