Carriage roads. LA around lake A up castle point down road awosting falls back to la lot. ran with lisa. unbelievable day--dead calm, clear, cool to start and pleasantly warm at the end...and we had the park almost to ourselves! so silent, it was surreal. legs felt phenomenal afterwards. perfect easy run. we walked some, esp late, as lisa needed to. hence the low avg hr and slowish pace.
