Legs tired after the 14 woodstock yesterday--haven't run those hills in awhile so that was a moderately tough workout.

despite very cold and windy conditions i was soaked after this. dressed quite warm and had my orange shell on. really, really good workout.

interesting that RA puts calories at 877 but my hrm says 1377!!
