still going on (see previous note). not so much pain as a spasm-like feeling. very noticeable after my run up ashokan high point sunday. still noticeable some now, tues night. taking the week off running. left achilles a little sore too. doing lots of squats, alfredson 180s, stick and roller, and stretching the toes, rolling on a tennis ball, etc.
