Notes
Fighting off a cold, first noticed it last night. Was about ready to fall asleep in the office but once i got out and got moving all was good (knew it would be....).
Only issue is some pain in my left arch/front of heel starting 1 hour after the run, about a 2-3, mostly when I'm sitting. Feels better when i walk. I did finish the run--last mile--a bit fast but didn't think i was pushing that hard. didn't feel it during the run, not until later.
31 miles on trails on saturday, no problem, 5 miles on roads today, pain. ug, roads.
