Had some bad gastrointestinal thing going on, esp later in the workout. As I ran fast, I really had to...well...go. Might have been the salmon last night? Or more likely the high-fiber cereal with blueberries and soy milk for breakfast...that probably wasn't a good idea.

Noticed each rep it was the third lap that was hard--first one was very easy, second only a bit harder, but that third lap really started hurting, in my quads. But I was also suffering the gastro problem worse by the third lap, so maybe this is misleading.

No achilles or other issues during run at all. After dinner, some achiness in left, persisted for a couple days but lessened significantly each day (and only a 1 to start with).
