some trouble with rowing romanians on the balance pad this morning.

did a warm up set of 1leg squats and romanians with shoes on, partly to engage the muscles and partly because i wasn't sure if it would be good for my sore left arch to be barefoot, even on the pad. subsequently decided to try the pad and it was actually better than being in shoes.

arch feels fine this morning, maybe just the slightest inkling of something wrong but no pain like last night. this is common for this injury. i do NOT have the "morning pain" typically associated with pf.
