Easy soccer field run today after a great, hard effort at after the leaves 20k yesterday.
feel very good today.
taped both feel heavily yesterday and no problems.
taped right foot only today (that's the one that acted up during stone cat) and i feel a little twinge in my left arch (the untaped one). nothing serious though.
