Really didn't run these fast enough. Just pulled the workout from the 3x2 book but forgot what pace to run them at and it was just a marathon pace in a book anyway, not really linked to my fitness level or anything. Plus I don't have a functional hrm so really couldn't tell. Probably should have run all of them closer to 4:20 though I did keep up a pace a close to my 800s last week so that was ok (I think I did....didn't bother to check). It was a good workout but I think I should have run with a little more intensity.
