just an easy lunchtime run. got tied up at work so couldn't do 5-6 as i'd hoped but it's better to go easy anyway this week--last calendar week was my first 50 miler in awhile, and norrie point 50k is this saturday. i plan to run the full 50k though i could drop earlier if possible given the format. all roads so don't want to overdo it this week.
