macdaniels clockwise then back up to buddha and down
didn't feel great, little tired, never really got in a groove today
think i was a little tired from the last couple weeks of faster paced runs, even though i haven't been running a lot of miles or a lot of days
have had some really quality fast paced runs lately, but also feeling like i'm behind schedule on long run distances, back to backs, and weekly mileage if i want to do well at hat run.
