Tapering to Philly. Supposed to run 3 miles w/ the last two at race pace (9:09). Splits were 8:55, 9:48, 9:24. I tried to back off just a bit after the first mile but can't believe I backed off that much. Didn't feel very good today--kinda dizzy all day, almost hung-over like but I only had a beer and some wine last night, nothing that unusual.
