Once again HR was much higher than PE for the warm-up, pretty sure when it's cooler out and I'm not sweating from the very beginning, it takes longer to sync up.

Legs felt good, if I could just figure out a way to hold this 800 pace for consecutive miles at a time I'd be able to give Rinny a run for her money LOL
