Core and weights

3 x 20 crunches on stability ball

3 x 15 cross-over punches with 5 lb weights

3 x 15 crunches with arms over head, 5lb weights in each hand

3 x 12 bicep curls standing on balancw pads

3 x 15 hip-ups

3 x 20 reverse crunches

5 x jack knives - I have a tough time with these, can't seem to keep balance

Tricep extension machine - 3 x 15 (30lbs)

Ab isolator 3 x 15 (40lbs)

Butterfly machine 3 x 15 (40lbs)
