20 minute warm up (started warm up and about 5 minutes in I realized I forgot my helmet so turned around and went back to car to get it). 2 x 20 minute intervals with 10 minute recovery, 8 minute cool down. Cadence during intervals was only around 78, think I need to shift into a slightly easier gear to keep it in the mid 80s
