PE 85% First 2 loops of the run course, I felt strong. Around mile 9.5-10 my right quad started to get really tight, I walked a few steps to try and stretch it out on the last 2 hills of the 3rd loop - fortunately this seemed to help. Really pleased with the bike/run combination I put together today!!
