Legs were a little tired this morning and about 15 minutes into my run, I had to stop and walk to the nearest bathroom (close call but crisis averted) Following my run I did a few reps of butt kicks, high knees and skipping.

I don't feel like my form is good on high knees so any suggestions on how to make sure I'm doing them right is welcome
