PE 90%+ I elevated my front wheel

This workout was challenging - DVD combines over/under intervals with descending intervals. By the end I was soaked with sweat and my legs were starting to fail. Prior to workout I had a balance bar, during it I drank Gatorade Endurance and the following the workout I had a GU on the way to swim
