Not sure what was up with my HR - I think it was an equipment malfunction because my strap was loose - there's no way based on effort my HR was that high on the warm up. Legs felt pretty good. Having a little tightness in my right glute/lower back. Will pay Dr Maloy a visit, may be time for an adjustment.
