PE 68% - noticed max HR was at beginning of run, I think b/c I wasn't sweaty the strap wasn't syncing up yet.

Legs felt good... although it was warm and humid there was a nice breeze. Towards the end of the run, I had some GI issues so I had to stop and regroup a few times.
