HR data was off again - strap was really loose and I had to keep trying to adjust it. About 3 minutes into the hard efforts, I had a bathroom emergency - had to stop and walk with purpose to the nearest bathroom (which was about a quarter mile away). Was able to resume the workout after a brief delay. Legs felt pretty good, noticed some pulling and slight discomfort in my lower back on the right side - a clear indication my SI joint is out. Time to pay Dr Maloy a visit.
